About
A pastor for people who thought there was no place for their story.
James R. Chapman is a pastor, teacher, and the founder of Transformation University.
Portrait coming soon

James has spent the last decade in the quiet work of pastoring — sitting with the people the room does not know how to name. The divorced, the deconstructed, the addicted, the wealthy, the tired, the ones who kept showing up when they had every reason to leave.
Transformation University exists because that work needs a home. A place where teaching is honest, formation is slow, and the gospel is not a slogan.
The name of the platform is not academic. It's a claim: that transformation — actual, embodied, Christ-centered change — is still possible, and that it happens in community, over time, with practice.
Scripture
"You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good."
Genesis 50:20
What guides the work
Think · Practice · Execute
Every program, every teaching, and every assessment on this platform moves through the same three motions — the R12 rhythm. Think honestly. Practice patiently. Execute faithfully.
